Aerzosty Six-Month Limited Warranty

1. Eligibility

This registration program covers eligible Aerzosty products purchased through Amazon. Your Amazon order number must match our order records, and the order must be marked as shipped.

Registration is free. If your order cannot be verified, please contact support@aerzosty.com for assistance.

2. Warranty Period

Coverage begins on the date of your first successful registration and lasts for six calendar months. Your warranty confirmation email identifies the covered products and the coverage start and end dates.

Dates are calculated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Coverage ends at the beginning of the stated end date.

Repeat registration does not restart or extend the coverage period. This registration coverage does not reduce or replace any existing warranty rights or applicable statutory consumer rights.

3. Coverage and Remedies

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use within the coverage period.

After confirming that the issue is covered, Aerzosty will provide a repair at no charge for parts and labor or a new replacement product at no charge. Aerzosty will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate based on the nature of the defect.

4. Shipping Costs

For an approved warranty claim requiring a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the return address provided by Aerzosty.

Aerzosty will pay the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

These shipping arrangements apply except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

Email support@aerzosty.com with:

Your Amazon order number.
Your warranty certificate number, if available.
A description of the issue.
Relevant photos or videos, if available.

We will review your request and provide the next steps. Please contact us before shipping a product. If a return is needed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

6. No Review Required

An Amazon review, star rating, or survey response is not required to receive this warranty or request warranty service.

Choosing not to leave a review, or leaving a negative review, does not affect your eligibility or the handling of your warranty claim.

7. Your Consumer Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
